Monthly Climate Averages for Narsaq Greenland
Between two fjords, Narsaq enjoys a sheltered location, giving the town a gentle subarctic climate that is ideal for sheep farming and agriculture. The lush valley presents an astonishing contrast to the dazzling displays of icebergs produced by local glaciers. Narsaq is the perfect setting for iceberg cruising, as a very active glacier in Bredefjord sends numerous icebergs towards the sea passing by Narsaq. The town is very beautiful with colorful houses, a fantastic museum with a fine exhibition of kayaks, traditional clothing and the history of the town.
