The museum has copies of the famed Muslim engineer al- Jazari's huge Elephant Water Clock and Castle Clock. Innovative water-raising machinery and several other mechanical systems present in the building showcases the technological progress of the world. Other interactive exhibitions and displays tracing the history of industry in the Islamic world include trade, trade routes, commodities, and currencies.
